FAQ
Do you offer sessions on other Hawaiian Islands ?
Yes ! I'm based on O'ahu but I'm happy to travel inter-island and create something special for you. Please note client is responsible for travel expenses.
What do you require to confirm a session ?
To secure your session I require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer, which goes toward your total session fee.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy ?
I totally understand life (and weather, specially in Hawai'i) happens. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and I would be happy to move your session to a new date based on availability, and your non-refundable deposit will carry over.
If you need to cancel:
The 50% retainer + any taxes are non-refundable. If canceled within 48 hours of the session, any payments are non-refundable.
I'll always do my best to be flexible and accommodate you!
What is your turnaround time?
My turnaround time is usually 4-6 weeks from your session date.
Do you help planning our session ?
Absolutely ! I'm here to help with location ideas, timing for the best light, outfit suggestions, as well as posing and directing you.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Bank Transfer, this method is handled through a secure, trusted platform to ensure your information and transaction are safe.
